At the time of the "BiSH NEW HATEFUL KiND TOUR" Matsuyama performance scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 9, it was revealed that the planned venue was not secured due to the inadequacy of Matsuyama performance promoter Duke Co., Ltd.
We tried to make adjustments, but due to the lack of arrangements for the alternative venue, we were forced to cancel this performance.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customers who have been looking forward to the performance.
Tickets you have already purchased will be refunded using the following method.

[About refund of ticket price]
The ticket price will be refunded in full, including the handling fee, on the "Postal Transfer Certificate".
When you purchase your ticket, we will send you a delivery certificate to the address registered at Ticket PIA.
Bring the withdrawal certificate to the nearest post office or post office savings window.
In exchange for that certificate, you will receive the amount shown in cash.
Shipment of the withdrawal certificate will start from August 6th (Tue).
Once the shipment is complete, Ticket PIA will inform you via email that the shipment is complete.
*The postal transfer withdrawal certificate will arrive from the Postal Savings Office in a green envelope.
*Please bring your identity verification documents and cash at the post office.
*The refund period for the postal transfer withdrawal certificate differs from the refund period.
Please confirm the redemption deadline (6 months from the certificate issuance date) on the certificate and complete the procedure by the deadline.
