Customers who wish to attend the transfer performance can use their electronic tickets as they are.
Unfortunately, we will set up a refund reception for customers who cannot come to the book-entry performance.
If you wish to receive a refund, please do not receive your e-ticket, or do not attempt to receive it yourself.
Refunds cannot be made if the ticket is torn off.
In addition, refunds cannot be made outside the period, so please be sure to complete the procedure during the reception period.
