Relaxation of guidelines for performances by WACK artists

Cleaners
Thank you for always supporting BiSH.

This time, in response to the government's relaxation of movement restrictions, we will take measures to ease the voice during the performance at the BiSH sponsored performance that has been announced.

[Details of mitigation measures]
On the premise that you will be wearing a non-woven mask during the performance, you will be able to speak at a volume that allows you to have a conversation with the customer sitting next to you.
However, please refrain from repetitive or continuous vocalization at a louder volume than usual for health reasons.
* Refunds will not be made for the reason of mitigation measures for vocalization. Customers who have difficulty coming to the event should use the official resale function.

Since the spread of the new coronavirus infection in the spring of 2020, we have established performance implementation guidelines so that customers can visit us safely and with peace of mind. We would like to once again thank everyone who has visited us since then for understanding the content of the guidelines and for their cooperation in the various infection prevention measures we have requested.

We will continue to take the following measures to prevent the spread of infection at the event venue.
We ask for the understanding and cooperation of all visitors.
<About the performance>
The number of visitors at the performance is based on the announcements from the government and local governments at the time of each performance announcement.

■We are planning to sell tickets based on the number of people that can be accommodated based on the government's view on restrictions on holding events due to the new coronavirus.
■Seat information may change depending on the status of government announcements.
■The number of seats will be determined according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the regulations established by the venue.
■During the opening of the venue, the start of the performance, and after the performance, we will use the best methods to continuously and efficiently ventilate the venue, such as air conditioning and opening the doors.
■Before each performance (before the doors open), the seats, lobby, restrooms, and other facilities in the venue will be thoroughly disinfected.
■ Venue staff are required to wear masks and maintain a certain distance from customers when serving customers.
■All tickets for this performance will be handled as digital tickets.
If there is a request from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, administrative agencies, or local governments to refrain from holding performances, performances may be postponed or canceled. In addition, even if there is no request to refrain from holding the event, we may comprehensively judge the spread of infection and postpone or cancel the performance, or change the content of the event.
■In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, the following people will be refused entry.
・Those who have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher on the day of the performance (a fever that is at least 1℃ higher than normal) (please take your temperature before heading to the venue)
・ Those who are uneasy about physical condition such as fatigue
・Those who are not wearing a mask
・Persons who have traveled to countries/areas where entry is restricted by the government within 2 weeks of the performance date
・Those who have a new coronavirus infected person close to them, such as a family member living together, or who have been in contact with a new coronavirus infected person
・If you have been drinking alcohol, your body temperature may not be able to be measured properly, and you may be refused entry.

<Requests and Information for Visitors>
■Your name and contact information registered at the time of admission and ticket purchase (distribution) may be provided to public institutions such as local governments and public health centers.
■Temperatures will be taken at the time of entry. If we detect a customer with a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher, we will refuse entry.
■Please line up in the entrance line while ensuring social distance.
■Please refrain from moving during the performance in order to keep the distance between customers.
■Please bring a mask on the day of the performance and wear it during the performance.
■We will lift the restrictions on speaking during the performance, such as cheering, only when wearing a non-woven mask.
■You may temporarily remove the mask only when you drink. Wear a mask immediately after ingestion. Also, please refrain from eating on the premises.

■Disinfectant will be installed at the entrance. Please cooperate with frequent disinfection.
■Smoking is prohibited in the venue. Please note that there is no smoking area.
■As a countermeasure against the spread of the coronavirus, we will refuse to receive gifts such as congratulatory flowers and letters at the venue.
Similarly, please refrain from waiting outside the venue for the performers.
■In addition to the above, we may ask you to avoid congestion when entering and leaving the venue.
■Please refrain from direct inquiries to the venue.

We will do our best to ensure that everyone can visit us with peace of mind.
