・Photography is allowed on the BiSH stage, but video and recording are prohibited.

・All seats are reserved seats determined by by drawing lots. Also, depending on the seat, it may be difficult to see some performances. Please note.

・Pre-sale is a reception method that provides an opportunity to purchase in advance of general sales. All seats are determined by by drawing lots, so front seats are not guaranteed.

・You can purchase up to 4 tickets per person per performance.

・One ticket is valid for one person only.

・Children under the age of 4 can watch for free on their parents' lap. (One person per guardian.) If you need a seat, you will need a ticket.

・Regardless of the reason, lost tickets will not be reissued. Please keep it in a safe place until the end of the performance.

・Tickets for this performance will not be refunded even if you cannot attend for any reason. Please note.

・Ticket transfer or resale for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

・Opening and starting times are subject to change.

・This event will be held rain or shine. (Excluding natural disasters) Also, tickets will not be refunded for cancellations or changes of performers. We will not compensate for travel expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue due to cancellation or delay of the event. Thank you for your understanding.

・ Only items with lids containing soft drinks for the purpose of rehydration can be brought into the venue. Beverages with lids made of plastic or paper purchased at cafes are also prohibited from being brought into the venue. Also, eating at your seat is prohibited.

・Dangerous items such as fireworks and firecrackers, animals (except service dogs), and other items prohibited by law are prohibited.

・Please refrain from visiting if you are under the influence of alcohol. Please note.

・In order to alleviate congestion at the time of admission, we may set a designated admission time for each seat.

・After the performance, it will be a regulated exit. Please proceed according to the guidance of the staff.

・Please refrain from arriving early in the morning as it may cause inconvenience to people in the vicinity of the venue.

・It is strictly prohibited to enter the premises of anti-social group members, related parties, drunken people, and people who do not fit in with the atmosphere of this event.

・Persons who disturb other visitors will be forced to leave the venue. No refunds will be given for tickets in that case.

・ If it is determined that it will interfere with the operation, there is a possibility that the operation rules will be changed. Tickets will not be refunded in the event of rule changes. Please note.

・It will end as soon as the products are sold out, so please come early if you want to use it. Transferring or reselling tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

[Regarding measures against new coronavirus infectious diseases]

・This performance will be held in accordance with the government's "Guidelines for preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection in theaters, music halls, etc."

・Customers who do not follow the guidelines and staff instructions may be asked to leave.

・If there is a request for a follow-up survey of an infectious disease from a public institution such as a public health center, the AGESTOCK2023 executive committee may obtain your personal information through the play guide. We will properly manage the acquired customer information based on our personal information protection policy.

・Those who have been diagnosed as positive for the new coronavirus infection, or who have been instructed to stay at home by a doctor.

・Those who have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher.

・Those who have symptoms other than fever, such as coughing, sore throat, fatigue, etc.

・Those who have been in close contact with someone who has been found to be positive for the new coronavirus infection, or those who are suspected of being infected by a family member or close acquaintance.

・Persons who have traveled to a country or region where the government has imposed immigration restrictions or an observation period after entering the country or have had close contact with residents of the country or region within the past 14 days.

・Please wear a mask at all times in the venue.

・When you enter, we will measure your temperature with a non-contact thermometer and disinfect your fingers. Thank you for your cooperation.

・If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please notify the staff immediately. (We may ask you to leave the venue depending on your symptoms.)

・Please refrain from chatting in the hall or lobby.

・Shouting out cheers and cheering is prohibited. Please stop to prevent infection.
