Regarding refunds for performances hosted by our company

Thank you for always supporting BiSH.

In light of the recent situation of the new coronavirus, we have been accepting special refunds for the performances hosted by our company for customers who could not attend due to poor physical condition on the day of the performance or changes in the situation.
However, we regret to inform you that we have confirmed a series of customers who abused this system and entered the venue illegally.
 
As a result of repeated discussions among the staff, we have decided to cancel the implementation of refunds for future performances hosted by our company, although it is reluctant.
Please note that refunds will not be provided, including those for which the refund period has already been announced.

For customers who have difficulty coming to the event due to poor physical condition or changes in the situation, please use the official resale service.

This is a service that allows you to resell tickets at a fixed price to those who want them if you suddenly cannot go to the performance you purchased tickets for.
*This is different from a refund or cancellation.
 
Regarding the following performances, as they are transfer performances, there will be no resale system implemented due to system reasons, although it was announced in advance.
