<About special refund after the performance>
We will set up a special refund reception for customers who could not come to the venue due to poor physical condition or changes in the situation on the day of the performance.
At the time of reception, it is a condition that the electronic ticket is not used (not cut off).
If you wish to receive a refund, please do not receive your e-ticket, or do not hold it in your hand after receiving it.
Refunds cannot be made if the ticket is torn off.
 
Regarding the special refund for "FOR LiVE TOUR" this time, only 3,250 yen (tax included) will be refunded after deducting the refund fee of 550 yen (tax included) from the ticket price of 3,800 yen (tax included).
