Regarding MONSTER biSH 2022, we will set up a refund reception for customers who could not come to the venue due to poor physical condition on the day of the performance.
 
When accepting refunds, it is a condition that the electronic ticket has not been used (has not been cut off).
Customers who wish to receive a refund should be careful not to get caught by themselves.
If the ticket is torn off, no refund will be given.
