■ Seating numbers will be determined in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as well as the rules set by the venue.
■ When the venue is open, during the performance, and after the performance, we will use the best methods to ensure continuous and effective ventilation, including air-conditioning the venue and opening doors.
■ Before every performance (before opening), we thoroughly disinfect venue equipment such as seats, lobby, and restroom facilities.
■ Venue staff are required to wear masks and will maintain a certain distance when serving customers.
■ All tickets for this performance will be handled as digital tickets.
■ The performance may be postponed or canceled if the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, a government agency, or the local government requests that we refrain from holding the performance. In addition, even if there is no request to refrain from holding the performance, we may postpone or cancel the performance or change the details of the event based on our comprehensive consideration of the spread of infection.
■ In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection, the following people will be refused admission.
・Anyone who has a fever of 37.5°C or higher on the day of the performance (fever 1°C higher than normal). Please measure your body temperature before heading to the venue.
・Anyone with a concerning physical condition such as fatigue
・Anyone not wearing a face mask
・Anyone who has traveled within 2 weeks of the performance date to a country or area on a governmental travel-restricted list
・Anyone who has had contact with someone infected with COVID-19, such as a family member living in the same residence
・Anyone who comes to the venue after drinking alcohol may be unable to undergo a normal body temperature measurement, and may be refused admission.
 
< Requests and advice for audience members >
■ We ask for your cooperation in downloading the new Coronavirus Contact Confirmation App (COCOA).
■ We may provide the name and contact information registered at the time of admission and ticket purchase (or distribution) to local governments or public institutions such as public health centers.
■ We will conduct body temperature measurement at time of admission. If a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher is detected, we will refuse admission.
■ Please queue at the entrance in a way that maintains social distancing.
■ Please bring your own mask and wear it during the performance.
■ Please refrain from moving during the performance to maintain distance between audience members
■ Vocalizations such as cheering are prohibited during the performance to prevent airborne droplets.
■ Disinfectant will be installed at entrances. Please cooperate by thoroughly disinfecting your hands.
■ On the day of the performance, there will be no CD sales or special prize events at the venue.
■ Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please note that there are no designated smoking areas.
■ As a measure against COVID-19, we are unable to accept any gifts such as congratulatory flowers or letters.
Similarly, we ask you to please refrain from waiting for the performers outside the venue.
■ In addition to the above measures, we may ask for your cooperation in various ways when entering and leaving to avoid crowding.
■ Please refrain from making direct inquiries with the venue.
