* Temporary parking lots will be charged in order to secure the number of parking lots in advance and to cover the parking lot operating expenses.
* Customers without a parking ticket will not be allowed to come by car.
* Parking tickets can only be purchased and used by those who have purchased a live ticket for two or more people. Please come by car.
* Please be sure to purchase the official tour bus advance ticket (foreign) for the number of passengers from the parking lot to Manno Park separately from the parking ticket.
* There is a limit to the number of parking spaces. Sales will end as soon as the planned number is reached.
* Parking hours are from 12:00 to 20:00 (planned) on each day.
Please refrain from waiting for parking from the day before or early in the morning as it will cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
* Car transfers to Manno Park are not possible.
* Customers arriving by 2 tons or more or large vehicles such as minibuses are requested to purchase a parking ticket for 2 cars.
* Please note that we are not responsible for any troubles in the parking lot.
* There are some places in NEW Reoma World that are not temporary parking lots. Please park in the designated area. If it is discovered that the parking is illegal, we will move the tow truck and charge all expenses.

<About performances>

■ The number of seats will be determined in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the rules set by the venue.
■ During the opening, during the performance, and after the performance, we will use the best method to ensure continuous and efficient ventilation, such as air conditioning in the venue and opening of the doors.
■ Every performance (before the opening), we will thoroughly disinfect the equipment in the venue such as seats, lobby, and restroom.
■ Venue staff are obliged to wear masks and will keep a certain distance from customers when serving customers.
■ All tickets for this performance will be handled as digital tickets.
■ The performance may be postponed or canceled if the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, government agencies, or local governments request to refrain from holding the performance. In addition, even if there is no request to refrain from holding the event, we may postpone or cancel the performance or change the content of the event based on a comprehensive judgment of the spread of infection.
■ In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, the following people will be refused admission.

・ Those who are anxious about their physical condition such as fatigue
・ Those who are not wearing a mask
・ Those who have traveled to countries / areas where entry is restricted by the government within 2 weeks of the performance date
Those who have a new coronavirus infection, such as a family member living together, or those who have contact with a new coronavirus infection
・ People who come to the venue after drinking alcohol may not be able to measure their body temperature normally and may be refused admission.

<Requests and guidance for visitors>
■ Please cooperate in downloading the new coronavirus contact confirmation app (COCOA).
■ We may provide the name and contact information registered at the time of admission and ticket purchase (distribution) to local governments and public institutions such as public health centers.
■ We will measure the temperature at the time of admission. If we detect a customer above 37.5 ℃, we will refuse admission.
■ Please line up the entrance line in a way that ensures a social distance.
■ Please bring your own mask and wear it during the performance.
■ Please refrain from moving during the performance to keep the distance between customers.
■ Vocalization such as cheering during the performance is prohibited to prevent splashing.
■ We will install a disinfectant at the entrance. Please cooperate with diligent disinfection.
■ There will be no CD sales or special events at the venue on the day of the performance.
■ No smoking inside the venue. Please note that there is no smoking area.
■ As a measure against corona infectious diseases, we will refuse to accept gifts such as congratulatory flowers and letters.
Similarly, please refrain from waiting for the performers outside the venue.
■ In addition to the above, we may make various requests when entering and leaving to avoid congestion.
■ Please refrain from making direct inquiries to the venue.
