No changes or cancellations can be made after purchase due to the customer's own convenience.
We may ask you to confirm the identity of the purchaser when you enter the venue on the day of the event. (Be sure to bring your ID and FC members.)
If you are accompanied, please be sure to enter together.
Admission may be refused if the organizer cannot determine that the purchaser is the person himself / herself.
 
This performance will be held in the rain, but depending on the venue, it may be temporarily suspended or canceled in the rain. In case of stormy weather or disaster, it will be canceled.
The holding method may change depending on the spread of the new coronavirus.
In order to avoid congestion around the venue, we may arrange traffic control and guidance.
In order to alleviate congestion, there may be restrictions on entry and exit. Please act with plenty of time.
Since it will be an outdoor event, please be careful about sunstroke and heat stroke, and manage your physical condition by yourself, such as hydration.
Hibiya Park is non-smoking in principle. Please be sure to use the designated smoking area for both heat-not-burn tobacco and electronic cigarettes.
Please refrain from using an umbrella in the audience seats as it may obstruct the view of other customers, cause injury or trouble. Please prepare rainwear such as raincoats and ponchos in advance.
Bringing alcoholic beverages into the event area is prohibited. Alcoholic beverages will not be sold in the event area (excluding existing shops in the venue). We also refuse admission for drunk people.
Bringing explosives, other items prohibited by law, or dangerous materials into the venue is prohibited.
It is possible to bring in shooting / recording equipment, but shooting and recording of performers is prohibited because it is related to portrait rights.
Those who do not follow the instructions of the staff in the venue, or those who cause trouble to other people including neighboring residents, will be notified to the police.
 
 
■ Measures against new coronavirus
* Temperature will be measured at the entrance. In addition, please refrain from visiting the venue if you fall under any of the following items.
・ Those who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or more (fever 1 degree or more higher than normal heat) (Please measure the temperature before heading to the venue.)
・ Those who have had a medical examination or medication due to fever or cold symptoms within 2 weeks from the performance date
・ Those who have olfactory dysfunction, taste dysgeusia, cough, runny nose, or fever within 2 weeks from the performance date
* Please wear a mask when you come to the venue. We will refuse admission to those who are not wearing masks.
* If you feel sick after entering the venue, please notify the staff immediately. (We may ask you to leave depending on your symptoms.)
* Please refrain from chatting in the hall or lobby as much as possible.
* Alcohol disinfectant for fingers will be provided in the hall and lobby. Please thoroughly disinfect.
* Please be sure to download the new coronavirus contact confirmation app (COCOA) released by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
