◆(1) Receive email to specify refund account
From Tuesday, August 25th, sequentially from GMO Payment Gateway Co., Ltd.
At the time of purchase, we will send an email to the email address you used to specify the refund account.

*If you do not receive the email after August 28th (Fri), please contact us using the contact details below.

*If you do not receive the email and do not complete the procedure within the deadline, it may take more time to refund your money.
In some cases refunds may not be possible, so please be sure to confirm in advance so that you can complete the procedure within the period.

◆(2) Designation of refund account
Please specify the transfer destination according to the email for specifying the refund account.
*If the input information such as the account number is incorrect, a transfer error will occur and the refund cannot be made.
Please be careful not to make a mistake before entering.
