<Performance>
The number of visitors at the performance is based on the announcement from the government and each local government as of August 24, 2022 (Wednesday).
■We plan to sell tickets according to the number of people that can be accommodated based on the government's view on restrictions on holding events due to the new coronavirus.
■Seat information may change depending on the status of government announcements.
■ The number of seats will be determined in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the rules set by the venue.
■ During the opening, during the performance, and after the performance, we will use the best method to ensure continuous and efficient ventilation, such as air conditioning in the venue and opening of the doors.
■ Every performance (before the opening), we will thoroughly disinfect the equipment in the venue such as seats, lobby, and restroom.
■ Venue staff are obliged to wear masks and will keep a certain distance from customers when serving customers.
■ All tickets for this performance will be handled as digital tickets.
■ The performance may be postponed or canceled if the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, government agencies, or local governments request to refrain from holding the performance. In addition, even if there is no request to refrain from holding the event, we may postpone or cancel the performance or change the content of the event based on the comprehensive judgment of the spread of infection.
■In order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, the following people will be refused entry.
・Those who have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher on the day of the performance (a fever that is at least 1℃ higher than normal) (please take your temperature before heading to the venue)
・ Those who are worried about their physical condition such as fatigue
・ Those who are not wearing a mask
・Those who have traveled to countries/areas where entry is restricted by the government within 2 weeks of the performance date.
・Those who have a new coronavirus infected person close to them, such as a family member living together, or who have been in contact with a new coronavirus infected person
・ People who come to the venue after drinking alcohol may not be able to measure their body temperature normally and may be refused admission.
 
<Requests and Information for Visitors>
■ Please cooperate in downloading the new Coronavirus contact confirmation app (COCOA).
■Your name and contact information registered at the time of admission and ticket purchase (distribution) may be provided to public institutions such as local governments and public health centers.
■Temperatures will be taken at the time of entry. If we detect a customer with a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher, we will refuse entry.
■ Please line up the entrance line in a way that ensures a social distance.
■Please bring your own mask and wear it during the performance.
■ Please refrain from moving during the performance to keep the distance between customers.
■ Vocalization such as cheering during the performance is prohibited to prevent splashing.
■ We will install a disinfectant at the entrance. Please cooperate with diligent disinfection.
■No smoking in the venue. Please note that there is no smoking area.
■ As a measure against corona infections, we will refuse to accept gifts such as congratulatory flowers and letters.
Similarly, please refrain from waiting outside the venue for the performers.
■ In addition to the above, we may make various requests to avoid congestion when entering and leaving the venue.
■Please refrain from direct inquiries to the venue.
