Change of opening time For performances, the ticket you currently have will be valid as it is, so please keep it as it is without uninstalling tixeebox.
* The opening time before the change is stated in the purchase history on the electronic ticket and My Page, so please be careful when you come to the venue.
* The seat number will be transferred to the same seat number as it is. It is not possible to visit other performances.
 
Unfortunately, we will refund tickets to customers who cannot attend the performance after the opening time has changed, or who cannot attend the performance due to poor physical condition or changes in circumstances on the day of the performance.
 
<About performances>
This performance will be held with a capacity of 50% or less while ensuring a social distance based on the guidelines for gradual relaxation of event holding restrictions by the government.
The number of visitors to the performance will be announced based on the announcements from the government and local governments as of January 7, 2021 (Thursday). Depending on the information that will be announced in the future, we will inform you of the change in the number of visitors when we judge that more people will be able to visit. In addition, please note that we may decide to hold the event depending on the content of announcements from the government and local governments due to the spread of infected people in the future.

・ All tickets for this performance will be handled as digital tickets.
・ In order to secure social distance, we plan to hold the event with less than half the number of participants. In principle, please sit with a space between the front and back. It depends on the seat layout of the venue.
・ It is prohibited to do violent acts that have a harmful effect on the customers around you.
・ We will encourage all people involved in the performance to wear masks, wash their hands diligently, and disinfect their fingers, and will thoroughly measure the temperature to manage their health.
・ We will thoroughly disinfect the parts of the venue where you can touch, such as handrails and doorknobs.
・ We will thoroughly ventilate the venue.
・ Disinfectants will be installed in various places in the venue.
・ Smoking areas in the venue will be closed.
・ Presents and letters to performers will not be accepted for celebrations.
・ First of all, consider the safety of your own body and those involved, such as pregnant women, those who are expected to become pregnant, those who have a chronic disease or underlying illness, and those who have difficulty acting alone. Please consider visiting at your own discretion.
・ A temperature gauge will be set up at the entrance to measure the body temperature of visitors with a non-contact thermometer. If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, we will measure the temperature again at the designated waiting place, and if there is no change in body temperature, we will refuse admission.

・ We may provide the name and contact information registered at the time of ticket purchase to public institutions as necessary.

・ People with fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, ⿐ juice / ⿐ closure, taste / smell disorder, eye pain and conjunctival filling, headache, joint / muscle pain, Please refrain from visiting if you have symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting or vomiting. <About refund>
Refunds will be accepted for customers who are unable to attend the performance after the opening time has changed, or for customers who are unable to attend due to poor physical condition or changes in circumstances on the day of the performance.
 
When accepting refunds, it is a condition that the electronic ticket has not been used (has not been torn off).
 
Customers who wish to receive a refund should be careful not to receive the electronic ticket, or even if they receive it, they will not be cut off by themselves.
 
If the ticket is torn off, no refund will be given.
