Regarding the "WACK TOUR 2020 "WACK FUCKiN' REVENGE PARTY" that was scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020, we will be changing the content to 50% of the originally planned volume and splitting the event into 2 performances in line with the event limitation guidelines set forth by the Japanese government.

[Performance 2] Saturday, August 1, 2020
Doors open at 17:00 / Starts at 18:00 / Ends at 21:30

To prevent the spread of infection, the seating will be changed to promote social distancing.​

For customers who purchased tickets through Ticket Pia, you will be sent an email with directions on how to receive a digital ticket.

All admissions will be conducted via digital tickets (using tixeebox).
Please note that the paper tickets in your possesion and ticket numbers on them are no longer valid.

 

・ An email with details on how to receive your digital ticket will be sent after 12:00 on Wednesday, July 15. If you do not receive an email by Thursday, July 16, please contact us.

* For customers who purchased multiple tickets, the assigned seats will be spread apart to promote social distancing.

The new assigned seating​ will be in locations as close to the original ticket seating as possible, but the exact seats may be positioned slightly to the front/back or right/left of the original ones.

・ If you are unable to attend the event due to not feeling well or other circumstances and the refund period has already ended, we will offer a second round of ticket refunds.
 

* For the second round of ticket refunds, only digital tickets that have not been used (confirmed) can receive a refund.

Customers wishing for a refund on July 23 or later should make sure not to process or confirm their digital tickets.

 

・ To prevent the spread of COVID-19, guests with the following symptoms should refrain from attending the event.
 

● Those with symptoms such as general body aches, sore throats, runny or stuffy noses, a loss of sense of taste or smell, eye tenderness, conjunctival afflux, headaches, joint pains, sore muscles, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, etc.

● Those who have been to a country or area within 2 weeks of the day before the event that the government has placed immigration restrictions on or a required monitoring period on after entering the country.

● Those who are intoxicated.
 

・ Please use the hand sanitizer available at the entrance and lobby to comply with diligent hand disinfecting. ​

・ Seats are placed apart from each other to social distance, so please watch the event from your assigned seat.

・ Staff will be wearing masks and standing at a distance when helping customers.​

・ During the event, the doors will be opened periodically and the venue's air conditioning system will be used to keep the area ventilated. ​

・ As a measure in preventing the spread of COVID-19, flowers and gifts will not be accepted.​

・There are no coin lockers or cloakrooms at the venue, so luggage cannot be looked after.​

・ In addition to the points above, other requests may be made to customers to help avoid congestion when entering and exiting the venue. ​
