The refund method will depend on the ticket reseller.
*Please hold on to your tickets, as you will need them to receive a refund.
*Please note that paper tickets will not be refunded if the stubs are cut.
*The customer will not need to pay for a processing fee to receive a refund.
*Refunds will not be accepted outside of the refund period.
*Refunds can be handled by either the original ticket purchaser or the person accompanying them. If the ticket was given to the accompanying person, they can apply directly for a refund.
