Regarding fan letters and gifts from the cleaning staff,
We will respond as follows in the future.
The staff will hand over the received fan letter gifts to the members after censorship.
It may take days for the member to receive it.
Also, please note that the following gifts cannot be received due to our rules.

・Products that exceed 10,000 yen
・Opened and used
・Food and drink
・Cash, cash vouchers, etc.
・Personal information (address, email address, phone number)

*Other than that, we may not be able to accept it at our discretion.
* Fan letters and gifts will be accepted only at the live venue and when the gift box is installed.
